Nightly Rate: $175 per night, 2-4 guests, 2 night minimum

Weekly Rate: $1,050 (stay 6 nights get 7th night free)

 

A 50% deposit upon reservation

The remaining 50% is required 1 week prior to arrival

 

If for some reason you need to cancel:

 

1 month in advance of stay – 100% refund

3 weeks – 75%

2 weeks – 50%

Less than 2 weeks the deposit is non-refundable
